Again, not everyone that beat the Shadow Wars before the update got bugged. Now, if you have finish the Shadow Wars, you're supposed to get all of the 6 new items upon lauching the game, if that doesn't happen, then you are one of the unfortunate souls that got bugged, if you want, you can send a ticket to Monolith to let them know, but I sure they already know about this, and are already working on it, you just have to wait for the patch. Middle-earth: Shadow of War features an original story with the return of Talion and Celebrimbor, who must go behind enemy lines to forge an army and turn all of Mordor against the Dark. Sooooo, if you have already completed the Shadow Wars before the update, the masks are just gonna be given to you, but if you still haven't finish the Shadow Wars, your progress in the Shadow Wars (and only on the Shadow Wars) it's gonna be reset, and then you just need to beat it, they're 3 stages now, at the end of each stage, you get 1 masks, and when you finish all, you get the rest, it's 5 in total, and the new armor, so, if you haven't finish the Shadow Wars, just do it and you will get the masks and the armor.
